ProjectForum

ProjectForum is a simple and powerful communication program for work groups. With it, you can collaborate with ongoing online communication.

For each group you create, you can plan projects, create lists, assign tasks, generate reports and error lists, set up discussion groups ... and in general do anything to help coordinate your work together.

All you have to do is open the program and you'll have your own group that can be accessed by your coworkers (though you'll need to have Internet access with at least one public port).

If someone wants to use the forum, they just have to enter http://YourIP:3455 in their browser to gain automatic access. This version lets you create simple groups for free.
